Structural Glazing
We are proud to be able to offer the most advanced glazing technology. Being Dow Corning approved we use high performance silicone and other specialist materials. This enables 'wow-factor' features such as frameless construction and glass beams, as illustrated in these photographs.
Structural glazing also permits the incorporation of 'over-size' double glazing units, 'flat' roof glazing and many other exciting design details.
Although, inevitably this type of construction is higher in cost than more traditional methods, the incorporation of, say, a simple structurally glazed roof light, can give a scheme much greater design impact, with only a modest additional investment.
