Falmouth House
A frameless, structural glazed extension to Grade II Listed, Arts and Crafts-inspired manor house near Falmouth.
The new extension replaced an existing conservatory that had fallen into disrepair. The footprint of the existing structure was retained and despite its contemporary appearance, the large expanse of glass maintains the visibility of the Grade II Listed building.
Through the form, shape and size of the structure, the space is flooded with daylight and has created a spacious extended living area. The frameless floor to ceiling glass transitions the inside and out by providing sheltered views to the gardens beyond.
