Consent had been obtained for the excavation of a new basement to a Georgian terraced house with a glazed extension at ground floor level to create a light-filled double height space. The interior designer came to us as design-build specialists, to fulfil the requirement for a minimal monopitch structure comprising the fewest number of glazing units.
