Due to the split levels a fire rated structurally glazed box is on the higher level providing a secure enclosure down to the floor below via a bespoke staircase with shaped stepped full height glazed screens. The staircase passes over a swimming pool and leads to a home gym. The butt jointed fire rated glass incorporated the first frameless fire rated pivot doors in the UK.
