Trombe designed and installed a large structurally glazed extension to the rear of a 18th century building on Amersham High Street.
Where the restaurant blends classic Spanish Tapas cooking with modern twists. The building also blends historic elements with modern construction. As you walk through the space you initially witness a traditional combination of exposed ancient wood and brickwork, before entering a modern glass extension that creates a contemporary dining experience under the timber brise soleil.
