Richmond Kitchen Extension

Having been impressed by a project we had built for a friend, our client contacted us seeking to extend her garden flat in West London as a retirement project.

The objective was to maximise architectural impact without affecting the amenity of neighbouring properties or impacting the quality of the existing internal spaces.

We developed a double pitched proposal that combined a conventionally constructed kitchen extension with a stepped frameless glass roof structure and aluminium sliding doors.

A pre-application enquiry was conducted to ensure that the proposal would be acceptable and we handled the Planning, Building Regulations, and Party Wall consents, and arranged the associated building works.
